National Competency Standards
National Competency Standards (NCS) are a growing series of professional
standards for non-lawyers working in, and with, the law.
NCS are (for the most part) created by the Institute's NCS Working Party of law
firms and other employers.
NCS are owned and maintained by the Institute.
