    Operational units - A framework of the current process at hand.(As is)
    Staff involved in the process change.  Both internal to the department
    and external.  What are the Business need and problems.

    Stakeholder Map - Titles vs Roles. Expected input risks all as part of
    your Stakeholder Analysis.  Communication Requirements. Identify the
    involved parties as part of your Communication Matrix

    Functions - By finding the identities you can determine the operational
    cost.  What services are being provided.

    Processes - Now you will determine what Task(s) will need to be
    changed. Data used, and how it being used.

Development and Production

    Be involved in the Data Modeling.  Assist with the Architectural Design.

    After the unit testing of the process. Understand the Technical Design
    and Specifications.   

    Prepare the staff and affected areas for the change to come.  Set up
    training.  Present functionality and behavior changes.

    Set up test scenarios, scripts, and validation reports

    Create a User Acceptance Test plan

    Identify any new problems

    Create a Test Exit Report with approvals, change history,  test
    executed, quality of test, any defects, outstanding issues and action
    plan for those issues

    Make sure all training has been accomplished

    Distribute  User Manuals

    Determine Go Live and Communicate

    Attend Post Implementation meeting for Lessons learned on the project

The Virtual Business Analyst will allow for a successful plan of action when
a task or project needs to be completed.  This site will save you time and

department is major step in any project or task.   This assures changes
made will be clarified by the linked department.  Changes that might cause
scope creep in your
SDLC plan.

The Business Analyst of your corporation will have all these tools.  If you
don't have a Business Analyst in your corporation this site should be of
some help.  Follow the Critical Path below.  When doing the Stakeholder
Analysis navigate through these departments. All links should be check and
followed through identifying how that change could affect the business.
