BREW-V Talks is a grassroots conversation series built on something simple but powerful
listening.

Each session features one veteran, one conversation, and one shared moment over coffee.
No panels. No scripts. Just real talk in a relaxed setting.

I believe every veteran’s story deserves space to breathe—and ears that truly hear it. By
keeping it one-on-one, I honor the individual journey while building a stronger, more
connected community.

 Local café tables
 Honest dialogue
 Trust, not transactions
 Big impact from small moments

This isn’t about interviews—it’s about presence. Join me as I brew up something meaningful.

>Follow your dreams, you know. Do what you want to do and go do it, and you know that there is
nothing wrong with failure. Failure should not be looked at in a negative way. You look at that as an
opportunity, that you've learned something. That's not the total loss, you've learned something
about yourself or whatever, and you can do better. You can take a different avenue.
>Do or do not. There is no trying.  >It's already bloke. You can't break it anymore when it comes
down to fixing something. If you, thrust into a situation where you don't know whether to take it
apart, because you don't know what's going to happen if it's already broken. You can't break it
anymore. Take it apart. Find out why it failed that you can repair it, which you probably can put it
back together, and if it works. You've gained knowledge.
>I used to tell everyone check your Fuckin eagle at the door. Let's just get the mission done. The
mission today is, 102 aircraft have taken off and landed, and we got to load them and unload them.

>Time heals most wounds. Except for the hard grains and stuff like this, pathways in my brain that
can't be undone.
>You basically learn to
, Limit exposure, get away from certain triggers.

>I do think
of what is therapeutic for me, like Golf and Mountain Biking, Outdoor Settings, you
know. Beautiful views, Clean air.

>You find your bubble but your bubble does not have to be inside
.

>You need to learn that you gotta find therapy you gotta find a release, Whether it's mixed martial

arts, whether it's, you know, getting together with other veterans. It's huge, we all speak the same
language and we can relate.  It's just like , you know, you
've been there, you don't even have to
talk, you just know.
